First aid at work with bolder training ltd

The First Aid at Work course is delivered over three days. It is aimed at higher risk environments or where a risk assessment shows the possibility of more serious injury such as sprains, sprains or fractures.

Prerequisite requirements: None.

Qualification: Level: 3.

Number of learners: 4 – 24.

Location: Our venue in Sheffield or onsite training.

Progression: The First Aid at Work qualification is one of the more advanced first aid courses. It gives learners a good foundation knowledge for anyone wishing to be an “at work” first aider or moving into the emergency services.

Managing an emergency.

Health and safety (first aid) regulations.

Safe Airway Positions.

Resuscitation (adult CPR).

Bleeding (minor and severe).

Defibrillator use.

Hypovolemic Shock

Choking (adult)

Hyper/Hypo glycemic

Heart attack


Burns and scalds

Head injuries

Seizures (adult)

Spinal injuries
